2. Proof of your address
3. Legal Status
4. Current Insurance
5. Diplomas, Licenses, Certificates.
VC GROUP INT’L PRESENTS THE COMPANY TO ITS COLLABORATORS AND CUSTOMERS
- The Presentation of the Company. Overview.
- Emphasizes the Mission, Vision and Values of VC GROUP INTL
- It informs them How to do the Cleaning? Proposals complemented by the professional’s experience How to work in the properties? Care. Materials. Delivery time.
- Professionals in maintenance work are required parts and supplies of the best quality.
- A Contract will be signed that must be fulfilled, otherwise the Contractor will be sanctioned according to the Law of the City.
- Payments will be stipulated in the Contract as well as the delivery time and the Guarantee.
7. You must comply with customer service protocols.
a. Organize the service (reason and time) with the office and with the client.
b. Comply with the established schedule (in the Condominium and with the client).
c. Do not establish any link with the client.
d. Carry out the work respecting the rules of the property or condominium and deliver it to the person that the company has.
e. Receive the supervisor to name the Company when it considers it necessary.
f. Strictly comply with the guarantee stipulated in the Contract.
g. Carry out cleaning with products that are not harmful to health.
h. Leave the objects where you find them.
If something is left behind on the property, notify the Company and deliver it to the Construction Supervisor, who will take care of returning it.
j. The company will always send someone to receive the jobs.
k. Cleaning payments are weekly. And with the Contractors, according to the Contract signed with the Company.
The Company requires its collaborators:
- Carry the identification that VC GROUP INTL gives you, when you leave the Company you must return it, under legal and economic sanction if you do not.
- Not to deliver personal cards or telephone to the Clients, this would constitute suspension of its link with the Company and the non-payment of its services.
- Take care of everything on the property and put what is in the Condominium to good use.
- The treatment is the same for all clients, respect and honesty.
